Channel 4 Channel 4
CATASTROPHE WAS BACK on our screens last night, documenting Sharon and Rob’s mortgage woes as well as Rob’s ongoing unemployment.

Who among us hasn’t considered raiding a dormant Credit Union account at the end of a particularly lean month? “I’m sure I have a few hundred quid still in there from my confirmation.”
Or who hasn’t frantically called their Mam saying something to the effect of, “Mam, you’re sure I’ve never won anything in the prize bonds, are you?”
Needless to say, Sharon’s painfully real line about post office savings accounts struck a chord with many Irish viewers.
Whoops!
